HPO Affiliate Scheme – Terms & Conditions

To qualify for the HPO Affiliate Scheme, the Affiliate must register with HPO and receive written approval to participate.

The Affiliate will receive a one-time payment of £300 for each successfully completed solar installation that originates from their referral.

Affiliates must share their unique referral link with potential customers.
The customer must submit an enquiry using this referral link for the Affiliate to qualify for payment.

There is no cap on the number of referrals an Affiliate can make.
Referrals will be attributed to the Affiliate whose referral link was used at the time of enquiry submission.
Payment is contingent on the successful installation and completion of the solar system.
All referrals are subject to validation and approval by HPO.

Affiliate payments will be processed within 28 working days following the installation of the solar system, provided that a completed invoice has been received.
Payments will be made via bank transfer or another method agreed by HPO.

HPO reserves the right to withhold payment in cases of suspected misuse, self-referral, misrepresentation, or fraudulent activity.

HPO reserves the right to amend or terminate the Affiliate Scheme at any time.

Any eligible referrals submitted prior to termination will be processed in line with these Terms & Conditions.

By participating in the HPO Affiliate Scheme, the Affiliate agrees to these Terms & Conditions including:

Receiving promotional emails – you agree to receive promotional emails from HPO, which may include offers and updates about our services.

The Referrer must be an existing HPO customer with a completed solar installation.

The Referee must be a new customer who has not previously engaged with HPO.

Upon a successful referral and completed installation of a solar system for the Referee, both the Referrer and the Referee will receive £200 each.

The Referrer must share their unique referral code with the Referee.
The Referee must enter the referral code on the HPO enquiry form at the time of submission.

There is no limit to the number of friends a Referrer can refer; however, each Referee may only be referred once.
The Referrer must have an existing completed installation, and the Referee must complete a successful solar installation for the referral payment to be processed.
Referrals are subject to validation and eligibility checks by HPO.

Referral payments will be paid within 28 working days of HPO receiving the completed referral payment form, provided the referees solar system has been successfully installed and completed.
Payments will be made via bank transfer or another method agreed by HPO.

HPO reserves the right to withhold referral payments in cases of suspected misuse, self-referral, or fraudulent activity.

HPO reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Refer a Friend scheme at any time.

Any valid referrals submitted prior to withdrawal will be honoured in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
