"Had a very kind gentleman named Aaron knock my door and explain to me how I could get solar panels for “no upfront costs” and how I would see “returns” immediately. At first I was obviously skeptical but he booked me in for a free consultation and I didn’t have to say yes to anything. Had my consultation with Jack and he designed the whole system around my house on his iPad. Ran the numbers with me and I should end up saving £80,000 after 20 years. Got a call from a governing body to make sure it was all the correct data. I said yes and it was installed over three days with no hassle at all. First week of having it and I am already fully independent and have actually give over 50kWh back to the grid. Has a cool app that tells me everything and allows me to make changes according to my wants and needs. Have already offset 40kg of C02 and saved a huge amount on my bills. Finally an option for solar that won’t takes years to pay me back. Must Aaron and Jack did a amazing job and I couldn’t recommend them more."

"Big thanks to Mark Uzolins and the HPO team In early July I received an unexpected knock on the door from Mark who explained that he worked for HPO homes and suggested that if I had a pre-existing health condition, I may be eligible to receive a grant from a government funded scheme to improve the energy efficiency of my home at no cost to me. At first I was sceptical as this sounded too good to be true, but he patiently explained how the scheme functioned and the likely timeline of work that would be carried out to my home. Mark took my personal details, including a record of my health condition, did a quick inspection of my existing boiler and loft insulation. The whole process was probably completed in an hour – during the whole process Mark patiently answered all my questions and was extremely professional and courteous throughout. HPO passed my details onto a local company called South Rings Energy whom contacted me the following week to arrange an energy survey of my home and take my application forward. Just over 6 weeks later I have a brand new combi boiler and am scheduled to have new loft insulation and cavity insulation installed within the next few weeks. I can't express how good the service was from Mark and the HPO Homes team. 5 stars."

"Jonathan our rep visited us at the beginning of May and was able to offer us first time central heating. After being promised and let down by other companies we were sceptical. However Jonathan made a call and assured us we were definitely able to receive should our details match up. All the details were taken and checks completed on the day of enquiry. Very quick process our heating was fitted by 24th June, all representatives we have spoken with have been amazing. Our plumbers were also great. I would highly recommend HPO. "Everything was great from start to finish and the work was carried out within a week. I could not fault any of the contractors they were all really polite and left everything clean and tidy. We had loft insulation, new boiler, extractor fans and trickle vents on the windows. Emerald Green were really good to deal with and arranged appointments quickly. I still can't believe that this was all for free and I want to say a big thank you to the agent, Raheen Hussain, who persuaded us to apply when I was so sceptical . Thank you."

"I felt very fortunate when Jonas came to my door to advise me about the grant scheme, as I was about to look into it and didn’t really know where to start and who to trust. He was very personable and professional, so informative and helpful, not at all pushy . He explained everything in detail and the next stages. He gave me all contact details of the relevant people who would be contacting me. Within one week I was contacted by Kieran from Keco energy who came to do a survey and organised his team to do the work. There was a lot that needed to be done and they went above and beyond . Even down to clearing my attic and arranging skips, apart from fitting a new boiler & housing, and an Extra radiator. They fit a complete new extractor system , smoke and carbon dioxide alarms . This didn’t cost me one penny and was all completed within 3 weeks of Jonas knocking on my door, and I am so grateful that it was Jonas because he was so honest and likeable from the start, which is quite something these days with not knowing who you can trust. So it could have been a completely different story! So thank you very much. He is definitely an asset and a keeper to your organisation."

"Generally pretty good. We were told that the boards would be lifted in our loft before the insulation fitted however this did not happen & fitters had no knowledge of this! I'm not sure it would have made any difference – all work was done quickly & cleanly. Thay did arrive 2 hours earlier than expected – apparently another job nearby had been completed the day before, although no one had informed either the fitters or us! Electrical work took longer, a fan was fitted in the kitchen requiring a hole in the wall – completely unneccessary – this fan is unlikely to ever be used! Also the new fans fitted in bathroom and downstairs toilet run all the time & were quite noisy – these have been replaced by silent versions now – thank you"
