HPO Sales Ltd is the primary data controller responsible for the collection and processing of your personal data. HPO Homes Ltd, as part of the same group, may also act as a data controller or processor where necessary to deliver solar services, including system design, installation, and aftercare.

By submitting your details or signing this form, you give your explicit consent for HPO Sales Ltd and HPO Homes Ltd to collect, store, and share my personal information with the following trusted parties for the purposes of assessing suitability, providing quotations, arranging finance (where applicable), and facilitating the installation of solar systems: 

  • Our trusted solar installation partners (including Keco Energy)
  • Surveyors and technical assessment providers (including EPVS)
  • Finance providers (including Hometree) where you choose to explore or proceed with finance options
  • Third-party service providers who support the delivery of your solar system (e.g. scheduling, design, or compliance services)
  • Regulatory or governmental bodies where required for compliance, audit, or legal obligations

You consent to being contacted by HPO Sales Ltd, HPO Homes Ltd, or their trusted partners via email, telephone, or messaging platforms (e.g., SMS or WhatsApp) for purposes related to:

  • Scheduling or confirming appointments
